Card payments on this website are currently processed on our behalf by RYDR Global through its Powertranz® payment gateway and acquiring bank relationship. Your card statement may therefore show a descriptor referencing RYDR Global rather than BlueGate.

BlueGate sells digital goods and services only. We do not ship physical products.

• Software licences for BlueGate for WooCommerce. Delivered immediately after payment as a licence key in your account area and by email, with access to download the plugin files.
• BlueGate Build Kits. Delivered immediately after payment as private, time-limited download links in your account area and by email.
• Managed implementation services such as BlueGate for Shopify, scheduled with you after payment or after a signed scope, and delivered remotely.

Delivery is electronic and normally instant. If you have not received access within one hour, contact support and we will resolve it.

All prices displayed on this website are in United States Dollars (USD), and the amount you approve at checkout is the amount charged. Where your acquiring bank requires settlement in another currency, the converted amount and currency are shown to you on the secure payment page before you confirm. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or cross-border fees, which are outside our control.

Annual licences renew each year at the price shown when you purchased, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We email you before each renewal and again with a receipt after it is charged.

You can cancel a renewal at any time from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancelling stops future charges; your licence remains active until the end of the paid period. One-time purchases such as Build Kits never recur.

Our full cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. In short: licences are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, renewals can be cancelled at any time before they are charged, and approved refunds are returned to the original card, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your issuer.

This website is served over HTTPS. Card details are entered on the processor's secure hosted payment page and are never stored on BlueGate systems. Card verification programmes such as Visa Secure and Mastercard ID Check may ask you to confirm the payment with your bank.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We never sell your data.

After a successful payment we email a receipt and show it in your account. Every receipt includes:

• the purchaser's name and email address
• the date of the transaction
• the amount charged and the transaction currency
• the merchant name and support contact
• a separate order reference and transaction reference
• the authorization code where the processor supplies one
• a concealed card number showing only the last four digits
• a description of what was purchased and the refund terms

Our products are digital and delivered worldwide, except where prohibited by applicable export control or sanctions laws. We cannot sell to, or provide support in, countries or to persons subject to applicable sanctions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you use our products.

All purchases are governed by our Terms & Conditions, which you accept at checkout. These are governed by the laws of Barbados.
